What is Pneumatic Filling Machine :
Pneumatic filling machine refers to a kind of equipment that uses compressed gas as the power source for filling. The machine has the advantages of convenient and fast filling adjustment, beautiful appearance, compact structure and high filling speed. The stock holder is adjustable and can be adjusted according to the size of the filling container. Construction Feature:
The main structure of the machine is composed of frame, tank, metering and filling system, workbench and so on.
The metering mechanism adopts the plunger mode, and the metering perfusion system can easily adjust the perfusion volume and the perfusion speed (the perfusion volume is realized by adjusting the stroke valve on the cylinder). The filling speed can be achieved by adjusting the speed control valve on the cylinder.) The filling amount is accurate, the measurement error is less than 2%, and the filling nozzle can be replaced according to the different materials injected; This machine is divided into hopper type and self-priming type two.
The position of the table can be adjusted according to the size of the perfusion container.
Working Principle:
Connect the air source, and control the operation of the whole air path through the knob on the control panel (selective manual valve) or the foot switch, so as to drive the metering cylinder piston rod to move up and down, and carry out a series of cyclic actions such as suction and perfusion.
When the cylinder drives the metering cylinder piston to move down, the valve under the tank opens, the metering cylinder absorbs material, the piston moves to the bottom, the metering cylinder absorbs material, and the valve closes. When the metering cylinder piston moves upward, the sinking perfusion of the nozzle valve core begins, and stops when the metering cylinder piston moves to the top. And so on.
Actions in working process:
- 1 After the air source is connected, the metering cylinder is in the lower part (absorbs enough adhesive material in working condition), which is retained by the end of the last work.
- 2 The perfusion container is in place, step on the pedal reversing valve, the pedal reversing valve makes the pneumatic reversing valve in the left position, and the metering pump supplies glue outwards for perfusion. The metering drive cylinder piston rod valve touches the stroke reversing valve and reverses the stroke valve so that the pneumatic reversing valve is in the right position and the metering pump absorbs glue. One infusion is complete, and the glue is prepared for the next infusion.
- 3 When continuous perfusion is required, set the selector switch to the closed position. At this time, the piston rod will touch the travel valve and fill again. Round and round again.
- 4 As with the first infusion, the first infusion will be empty.
- 5 The adjustment of perfusion speed and suction speed is achieved by adjusting the one-way throttle valve.
- 6 The measurement value is adjusted by adjusting the relative position of the stroke reversing valve and the piston rod of the metering drive cylinder.

Installation:
