A flat labeling machine is a device that attaches a paper or metal foil label to a specified packaging container with an adhesive. The planar labeling machine realizes labeling and film on the upper plane and upper arc of the workpiece, such as boxes, books, plastic shells, etc. There are two methods of rolling and sucking, mainly according to efficiency, accuracy and bubble requirements.

Application:

Self-adhesive automatic labeling machine is suitable for the labeling of round plastic bottles, glass bottles or similar objects in pharmaceutical, food, light industry, daily chemical and other industries. The machine can automatically separate bottles, send labels, synchronously separate labels, label and print batch numbers automatically with clear handwriting.

Working Principle:

The sensor detects that the product has passed, returns the signal to the labeling control system, and the control system controls the motor at the appropriate position to send out the label and attach it to the product to be labeled. The product flows through the labeling device, the label is firmly covered, and the attaching action of a label is completed.

Operation process: Put the product (can be connected to the pipeline) – > Product delivery (equipment automatic realization) – > labeling (equipment automatic realization) – > Collection of labeled products.
Detailed principle
The working process begins with the box being fed on a conveyor belt at a constant speed to the labeling machine. The mechanical fixtures separate the boxes by a fixed distance and push the boxes along the direction of the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine consists of a drive wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the label tape in motion, and the label tape is pulled out of the reel, while the label wheel presses the label tape against the case. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape because the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, so the label tape must constantly start and stop.
The label is attached to the case with the labeling wheel moving at the same speed as the case. When the conveyor belt reaches a specific location, the tag belt drive wheel accelerates to the speed matching the conveyor belt, and after attaching the tag, slows down to a stop.
Since the label strip may slide, it has a registration sign on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark is read by a sensor, and during the deceleration phase of the band, the drive wheel is repositioned to correct any positional errors on the band.

Another way of saying is that after the bottle enters the labeling machine, the stop-bottle star wheel is opened to a certain number of bottles, and the bottle is carried forward by the conveyor belt, and enters the bottle star wheel after the fixed distance of the bottle screw, and then the bottle support table, at this time the bottle pressing head moves downward under the action of the bottle pressing CAM, presses the bottle, and reaches the first mark station.
At the same time, the cylinder pushes the label box forward, after the label plate is rolled with the rubber roller, a piece of label paper is removed from the label box, and then the clamp of the label drum is removed from the label plate. When the label drum holds the label paper and turns it to the bottle tangent, the label paper is affixed to the bottle. After labeling, the bottle tray rotates at a certain Angle under the action of the CAM, and the bottle tray rotates 90 degrees clockwise while rotating. When the bottle passes through the area with the brush, the label paper is brushed by the brush, in order to make the top label paper can be brushed by the brush, the tray bottle rotates clockwise and counterclockwise for many times while passing through the top label brush area. When turning to the second labeling position, the back of the bottle is tangent to the clamping drum, at this time, the back label can be affixed, and the back label paper is brushed by the brush after the rotation of the bottle tray.

The distance between the cleaning brush and the sponge should be 1mm to 2mm. Pressure head adjustment. The pressing head should be 20mm lower without the bottle than with the bottle.
Adjustment of the label box
When the plane labeling machine is used, the center line of the label box, the center axis of the label station and the label paper are tangent, the center axis of the label board is in line with three points, adjust the tangent of the label board and the label paper (0 distance), and then move the label box closer to 1mm ~ 2mm. The gap between the label paper and the two sides of the bar should be between 0.8mm-1mm, the gap is too large to cause the label paper to shift in the label box, and the skew mark appears, and the gap is too small to cause the push mark. Adjustment of the position of the hook of the box: the hook of the upper and lower, left and right are on the same vertical plane and are evenly labored on the marking paper, so that the mark can be grasped smoothly. The label provides roller adjustment: When there is no label, the label pressure plate can be pressed to the most front of the label box and the label near the hook finger cannot be crushed.
Adjustment of the station
Adjustment of scraper plate and roller: there can be no gap between scraper plate and roller in the whole length, if there is a gap, you can adjust the scraper plate by adjusting the eccentric bolt. Adjustment of the roller and the plate: the plate and the roller only contact each other without any pressure. The gap is too large, too much glue on the plate, resulting in glue. Practice has proved that the gap between the label plate and the roller is between 0.1mm and 0.2mm.
