Basic overview
Small bottle labeling machine is suitable for all kinds of flat bottles/square bottles of double-sided labeling, operating system with touch screen control, easy to operate. Using Japan “Panasonic” programmable controller (PLC) control, special high-speed labeling assembly, labeling flat, and with printing production date, production batch number (three lines) and continuous counting and other functions, products in full compliance with GMP specifications.
Working principle
The working process begins with the box being fed on a conveyor belt at a constant speed to the labeling machine. The mechanical fixtures separate the boxes by a fixed distance and push the boxes along the direction of the conveyor belt. The mechanical system of the labeling machine consists of a drive wheel, a labeling wheel, and a reel. The drive wheel intermittently drags the label tape in motion, and the label tape is pulled out of the reel, while the label wheel presses the label tape against the case. An open-loop displacement control is used on the reel to maintain the tension of the label tape because the labels are closely connected to each other on the label tape, so the label tape must constantly start and stop.
The label is attached to the case with the labeling wheel moving at the same speed as the case. When the conveyor belt reaches a specific location, the tag belt drive wheel accelerates to the speed matching the conveyor belt, and after attaching the tag, slows down to a stop.
Since the label strip may slide, it has a registration sign on it to ensure that each label is placed correctly. The registration mark is read by a sensor, and during the deceleration phase of the band, the drive wheel is repositioned to correct any positional errors on the band.

① Improve the surface quality of the attached hose. Most products have light oil on the surface, which will increase the difficulty of labeling, the seepage of the contents, the microholes in the tube wall, and so on, will cause the warping of the label. ② Control the labeling pressure of the label during the labeling process.
③ Control the temperature during the labeling process. Increasing the labeling temperature will improve the labeling effect, because with the increase in temperature, the activity of the material inside the object will increase, and the label will be easier to integrate with the tube body.
(2) Try to use soft label materials, and good label ductility will also greatly improve the warping mark.
(3) Change the shape of the label.
Shape the bottom end of the label into an arc to avoid the deformation area of the tail sealing. Of course, the arc can not be opened too deep, otherwise it is easy to cause wrinkles due to the problem of the label itself, and increase unnecessary trouble. (4) Eliminate the influence of static electricity.

Installation:
- The machine is installed according to the instructions after unpacking, and the compressed air source is connected. If the air source pressure is 0.6MPa, the valve should be installed first in the compressed air main pipeline.
